Everything's included

Installation

Commercial-grade C9s, cut to fit your roofline — never stapled strings from a big-box aisle.

Takedown in January

Included, not an add-on. Takedowns run Jan 1–14.

Repairs within 24 hours

A strand goes out, I'm back within 24 hours. No service-call fee — some companies charge $50 a visit after the first.

Summer storage

They live with me, not in your attic.

10-year warranty

On lights you own, as long as they store with me.

One guy, not a franchise

I'm Grady. I do the quotes, I do the installs, I answer the phone — locally owned and operated, the way it should be.

How it works

  1. Type your address. I measure your roofline from building records and show you the number — nobody calls you first.
  2. Pick a date. The calendar shows real openings. Earlier is cheaper; the page shows you exactly how much.
  3. Lights go up. A $100 deposit locks it. Balance after they're up and you're happy.

The whole process, step by step →

You can own your lights. Nobody else offers that.

Lease them

Lower up front, same price every season. Simple.

Own them

Costs more the first year, then less every year after — cheaper than leasing from your third season on, and they're yours.

Every other company in town rents you lights forever. Your quote shows the math on your actual house — run your own numbers or see the full pricing.

I'm Grady.

I do the quotes, I do the installs, and I answer the phone — locally owned and operated, the way it should be. There's no call centre and no crew of strangers showing up at your house — it's me, and sometimes a buddy.

I'd rather do a smaller number properly than a hundred badly — so when the calendar's full, it's full.

Based in Kyle. I work from Austin down to San Antonio.

Quick answers

What does it cost?

By the foot of roofline, and it depends on when you want them up — $5.20–$8.00/ft, everything included. A typical front roofline runs 150–250 ft. The full pricing is public — or get your exact number in 30 seconds.

Is the online price real?

Yes. I measure your roofline from building records and the number holds for 7 days. It's an estimate I confirm on site before install — the final price follows the real footage.

What if a strand goes out in December?

I come fix it. No service-call fee, ever — repairs are part of the price.
