Who we are

ATX Lights is an owner-operated Christmas light installation service based in Kyle, Texas, serving the Austin–San Antonio corridor (Hays, Travis, Comal, Bexar, Guadalupe and Caldwell counties). This site exists to price your roofline and book your install.

What we collect

• Contact details you give us — your name, mobile number, email and street address when you request a quote or book an install.
• Property measurements — your address is matched against public building-footprint records (Microsoft Building Footprints, ODbL) to estimate your roofline length. We store that estimate, and the measured footage after install.
• Quote and booking records — the prices you were shown, the dates you picked, payments and invoices, and messages we send you.
• Basic usage data — which page brought you here (for example an ad or a door hanger), so we know what's working. We don't run third-party ad trackers on this site.

How we use it

• To show you a price, hold your install date, do the work, and invoice it.
• To send the service messages that come with the job — quote links, booking confirmations, arrival times, takedown scheduling, renewal offers.
• To fix our roofline estimator (we compare estimates to real measurements).

We do not sell your information. Ever. It's shared only with the service providers needed to run the business — payment processing, text-message delivery, and the server this site runs on — and only for those purposes. Mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties for their own marketing.

Text messages (SMS)

If you opt in, we text you about your quote and your install. Message frequency varies with your job. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop all texts, or HELP for help — full details in our SMS terms. Opting out of texts never affects your service; we'll just call instead.

How long we keep it

Customer and job records are kept while you're a customer and for our bookkeeping afterward. If you've bought lights that store with us, we keep the records needed to honor your warranty and your locked reinstall pricing. Ask us to delete your information and we will, except what we're required to keep for tax and accounting.

Your choices

• Reply STOP to any text to end texting.
• Ask for a copy, correction or deletion of your information at any time.
• Texas residents: the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act gives you rights to access, correct, delete and port your data — ask and we'll handle it, no forms required.
