The whole company, one photo
I'm Grady.
I do the quotes, I do the installs, and I answer the phone — locally owned and operated, the way it should be. There's no call centre and no crew of strangers showing up at your house — it's me, and sometimes a buddy.
I'd rather do a smaller number properly than a hundred badly — so when the calendar's full, it's full.
Based in Kyle. I work from Austin down to San Antonio.
Why it works this way
Every other company makes you fill out a form and wait for a callback before they'll say a number. I think that's backwards — so the site measures your roofline and tells you the price up front, and the first phone call you get is me, not a sales rep.
And everyone else rents you lights forever. Here you can own yours: it costs more the first year and less every year after, they store with me over the summer, and they carry a 10-year warranty.
The price covers the whole season — install, takedown in January, repairs within 24 hours when a strand quits, storage till next year. No service-call fees, no surprises on the invoice.
