Bee Cave is about 40 minutes from my shop in Kyle. The housing is mostly Hill Country two-story stone and stucco, lots of custom builds, lots of long rooflines because the facades turn and the gables stack. The online estimator reads your roofline off public building records and lands the price in about 30 seconds. Before anything goes up, I check the roofline myself on site. Clips go on the gutter or drip edge — nothing stapled into shingles, nothing punched into metal panels, nothing adhered to stone. Install, Jan 1-14 takedown, in-season repairs within 24 hours, and off-season storage are all in the one price. $500 minimum project.

Gated, big custom builds on large lots. For gated neighborhoods, add me to your guest list for install day.
Sweetwater
Big master-planned community. Lots of similar builds, so once I've seen the first one on a block, the plan for the rest is straightforward.
Ladera
Smaller community. Standard two-story work. If your HOA has an earlier takedown deadline than Jan 14, let me know when you book.
Rocky Creek
Newer custom builds on big lots. Longer driveways just mean a longer walk from the truck to the ladder set-up; the price is the same as anywhere else in the service area.

My Bee Cave house is Hill Country stone with a metal accent roof — are you careful?
Yes. Stone gets clips on the gutter or drip edge, nothing adhered. Metal clips to the drip edge too — nothing punched through the panels, nothing glued.

Yes. Tell me when you book and I'll send you the plan and photos for your submission.
My driveway is long and gated — anything you need from me?
Put me on your guest list for install day and send the gate code at booking.
How accurate is the online quote on a big custom house?
It reads your actual roofline off public building records, so the number is accurate for the size of your house. On site, I verify the records measurement against the real roof before the install starts. If the records don't give a clean roofline, I text you the exact price the same day.
Can you light a detached casita or pool house too?
Yes. Each detached building is its own line on the quote.
When should I book?
Earlier is cheaper. A November install comes in 13% below the Thanksgiving-to-December-11 peak.
Can I lease lights this season and own them later?
Yes — the quote prints both the lease price and the own price. If this year is a lease year for you but you want to buy later, we convert at next season's booking.
What are the four pricing windows this season?
The season splits into four windows. October is early-bird. November runs standard, which comes in 13% below peak. Thanksgiving through December 11 is the peak window. December 12 to 15 is the tail. Pick your date on the online quote and the price lands automatically.
What if my install day gets rained out?
I reschedule to the next clean day. No charge for a weather delay. If you have a specific holiday deadline, flag it when you book so I leave enough buffer.
