My Buda neighborhood has mature oaks over the driveway — any issue with the ladder?
Usually no. I plan ladder placement before I pull up. If a branch is in the way I flag it before anything goes up; nothing gets pruned without your okay.
Can I own my lights outright instead of leasing them?
Yes. Own-your-lights is an option on every quote. Lights you own carry a 10-year warranty as long as they store with me off-season. Lease and own both show on your quote so you see each number before you choose.
What are the four pricing windows this season?
The season splits into four windows. October is early-bird. November runs standard, which comes in 13% below peak. Thanksgiving through December 11 is the peak window. December 12 to 15 is the tail. Pick your date on the online quote and the price lands automatically.
Can I schedule install around a specific family event or weekend trip?
Yes. Tell me the target date when you book and I'll land the install at least a couple of days before it so you're not racing the clock.
Can you add trees or detached buildings after the main house is installed?
Yes. Add-ons after the main install get their own quote and get scheduled on the next clean day on my calendar.
