Lakefront house — do you light both sides?
The street-facing side is a standard install. If you want the lake side lit, it's a separate line item on the quote. Dock or boathouse lighting is a separate line item too.
Cedar shake roof — any special handling?
Yes. Cedar shake clips to the drip edge only, never into the shake itself. Same rule as slate and tile — clips on the gutter or drip edge, nothing punched, nothing glued.
How does the 24-hour repair work out this far from Kyle?
A strand going out gets me back inside 24 hours with no trip fee. Lakeway is in my service area and gets the same repair response as anywhere else in it.

I run four price tiers across the season. Early-bird in October. Standard through November — that's 13% cheaper than peak. Peak from Thanksgiving to December 11. Tail from December 12 to 15. Date-driven, so whichever day you pick on the quote shows its own price.
I'm not usually at the lake house — can you install and maintain while I'm gone?
Yes. I can run the install without you present and send a photo set the same day. Same for mid-season repairs — tell me when you book how you want updates.
