Yes. I can run the install without you present and send photos afterward. Same for repairs mid-season — tell me when you book how you want updates.
Lakefront house — both sides lit?
The street-facing side is a standard install. Lake-facing side is a separate line item on the quote. Docks and boathouses are their own line too.
24-hour repair all the way out here?
Yes. 24-hour repair response, no trip fee — if a strand's out, I'm there.
When should I book?
The sooner you book, the lower the price. November is 13% below the peak window.
Peninsula access — any issue for the crew?
No. Tell me the right route in when you book and we're set.
Can you install while I'm not at the lake?
Yes. Many Lago Vista homes are weekend or second-home properties. I don't need you present for the install or for mid-season repairs. Tell me when you book how you want updates — I can send photos the same day the install goes up or the day a repair gets handled.
What are the pricing windows I should pick between?
The season has four: Four windows. October is the early-bird rate. November holds the standard rate, which saves 13% versus peak. Peak runs Thanksgiving through December 11. December 12 to 15 is the tail. The online quote prices your actual install date.
My Lago Vista house has a long drive from the gate to the door — anything you need?
Just the gate code and the correct route in when you book. Long drives don't change the price.
The 10-year warranty on owned lights — how does it work from this far out?
Same terms anywhere in the service area — the warranty is on the lights, not the city. The C9 bulbs you own carry 10 years as long as they store with me off-season.
Can you light stone fence columns at the entrance to my driveway?
Yes. Column traces are a separate line item on the quote. Clips go on the top edge or into gaps, nothing adhered to the stone face.
