Christmas Light Installation in Kyle, TX

Kyle is home. My shop is here, my crew is here, I live here. That means Kyle gets the shortest drive of anywhere in my range. Housing is mostly master-planned tract — single-story and two-story mixed, with newer sections on the north side of town. I pull your roofline off public building records before you ever see a quote; the price lands online in about 30 seconds. On install day I verify the measurement in person before the first clip goes on. The clips sit on the gutter or drip edge. No staples. No fasteners through the roof. No adhesive. The price covers install, in-season repairs within 24 hours, Jan 1-14 takedown, and off-season storage — one number. Minimum project $500.

Neighborhoods I install in

Plum Creek

Master-planned community with front-porch homes. If your HOA requires approval for exterior lights, tell me when you book and I'll send the plan and photos for the form.

Six Creeks

Newer master-plan on the north side of Kyle. Standard two-story install, clean building-footprint data, fast online quote.

Hometown Kyle

Older established area, mix of newer tract and some older Kyle builds. Standard ladder work on the two-story sections, quick on the single-story.

Anthem

Mid-sized master-plan, two-story standard.

Bunton Creek

Established 2000s subdivision. Standard HOA, straightforward install.

Waterleaf

Big master-plan, newer builds. Clean footprint data.

Kyle questions

You're based in Kyle — any price difference for a Kyle house?

No. Price doesn't change by city. Being close just means a shorter drive — the quote prices on actual roofline footage, not distance.

HOA on Plum Creek or elsewhere — can you help with the approval form?

Yes. Tell me when you book and I'll send you the plan and photos for the submission.

Can you install early in November?

Yes. The season opens in November and earliest-rate pricing holds through most of November, before it steps into the peak Thanksgiving-to-Dec-11 window.

24-hour repair from a shop that's five minutes away — how does that work?

You text or call and I'm back within 24 hours. No trip fee. Kyle is in the service area and gets the same guaranteed response.

Can you light detached garages, pool houses or trees too?

Yes. Each detached building is a separate line on the quote. Tree and bush wraps also get their own line.

When should I book?

Earlier is cheaper. A November install comes in 13% below the Thanksgiving-to-December-11 peak.

Where can I see your work?

The gallery on this site, and once I've installed in your area I'll add those photos to this page.

Can I lease lights this season and buy them later?

Yes. The online quote lists lease and own as two line items. If this year is lease and next year you want to own, we set that up at the next booking.

What are the four pricing windows this season?

I run four price tiers across the season. Early-bird in October. Standard through November — that's 13% cheaper than peak. Peak from Thanksgiving to December 11. Tail from December 12 to 15. Date-driven, so whichever day you pick on the quote shows its own price.
