Christmas Light Installation in San Marcos, TX
San Marcos is about 15 minutes from my shop in Kyle. Housing is a mix: newer master-plan north of town, older established neighborhoods closer to the river and the university, and some custom builds on the hilly outskirts. The quote measures your roof off public building records and prints your exact price in about 30 seconds. On site I check the records number against the real roof before the install begins. Gutter and drip-edge clips only. Nothing stapled into shingles, nothing driven through fascia, nothing stuck on with glue. One number covers install, 24-hour in-season repairs, takedown Jan 1-14 and off-season storage. No distance surcharge, no trip fee. The quote number is the number.
Neighborhoods I install in
Kissing Tree
55+ master-planned community. Most houses here are single-story, which means a faster install. If your HOA requires an approval form for exterior lights, I'll send you the plan and photos for the form.
La Cima
Newer master-plan on the hilly west side. Stepped facades read as longer rooflines; the online quote prices your actual footprint.
Paso Robles
Hilly newer community. Stepped facades mean a longer roofline; the online quote reads your actual roofline so the number is accurate.
Blanco Vista
Established mid-2000s. Standard two-story install.
Trace
Mid-sized master-plan, standard tract.
Willow Creek
Older established, mix of ranch and newer. Mature trees in parts — branch clearance for the ladder gets planned before the setup.

San Marcos questions
55+ Kissing Tree house — any difference?
Mostly single-story, which means faster install and simple ladder access. The online quote prices on actual roofline footage either way.
Older house near the university or the river — can you still measure it?
Yes. San Marcos has solid building-footprint data. If your house is older or the data is a little off, I text you the exact price the same day.
15 minutes from Kyle — fast repair?
24-hour callback standard. San Marcos is close to my shop, so the drive is short, but the response window is the same guaranteed one as anywhere else.
HOA requires approval for exterior lights — can you help?
Yes. Mention it at booking; I'll put the plan and photos together for you same day.
Stepped-facade Paso Robles house — more expensive?
No separate surcharge. The online quote prices on actual roofline footage, so a longer facade shows a higher number automatically.
When should I book?
Peak sits between Thanksgiving and December 11. November prices run 13% below peak. Earlier bookings lock the earlier rate.
I rent near the university — can I still get lights?
Yes, if your lease allows exterior modifications. Tell me when you book and I'll install the same way as any owned house.
What are the four pricing windows this season?
Four windows. October is the early-bird rate. November holds the standard rate, which saves 13% versus peak. Peak runs Thanksgiving through December 11. December 12 to 15 is the tail. The online quote prices your actual install date.
Can you install around the San Marcos holiday parade or downtown events?
Yes. Tell me if your target install date overlaps a downtown event and I'll schedule around it so the truck and ladders don't conflict.
Do you provide anything after install for reference next season?
You get a photo set of the completed install and the timer settings. Next season's quote starts from the same baseline.
